Employees are required to report unwanted incidents / HSE non-conformities affecting persons, materials and buildings.

Do you want a refresh on what an HSE non-conformity is?

It may be:

  • violations of HSE guidelines and procedures
  • conditions that reduce fire safety
  • theft or vandalism
  • personal injuries that occur on campus
  • adverse events in the laboratory

All HSE non-conformities must be registered in the notification form in UiBhelp.

Information, Lydia: Notices via Lydia only applies to UoB buildings and can not currently be used for damage to premises where UoB are renting locations from Helse Bergen. This applies to Laboratory Building, BUS, Central Block and Gynecology and Obstetrics. Deviations on these buildings are reported directly to Helse Bergen , and CC to the property department at UoB.
