Annual HSE Round

An inspection of the physical working environment shall be carried out on all of the Department’s areas at least once a year.
The administration manager is responsible for the inspection in cooperation with the local safety delegates.
The employees will be informed of the HSE round in good time before the appointed date.
When information of the HSE round is published, the employees will:
- Suggest an alternative time if the date for the HSE round is not suitable.
- Be given a form/ check list which should be completed before the HSE round.
After the HSE round will:
- Measures be taken to correct deviations and deficiencies.
- Evaluation and corrections be documented in a summary list.
